Unfined | Unfiltered
A structured expression of Grenache, built with depth and shape rather than lightness.
Dark cherry, red fruits, dried herbs, and spice sit over a firmer frame, with a savoury edge bringing grip and length. The palate is medium-bodied, with fine tannin and natural freshness in balance.
Fermented with a portion of whole bunches, then pressed to barrel to mature before bottling. Bottled with minimal sulfur.
Alcohol: 14% alc/vol

An oxidative, textural Fiano shaped by time pre-fermentation skin-juice contact and barrel fermentation.
Golden in colour & aromas jumping out of the glass, with layers of citrus peel, green apples & pears, roasted nuts, and a savoury, almond-like finish. The palate is structured and mouth-filling, with phenolic grip & racey acidity balanced by natural freshness.
Open fermented on skins for four days before pressing, then wild fermented in barrel and aged on lees. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfur.
